We’re searching for a creative, organized, and self-motivated E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to help us grow our online presence and elevate the customer experience on our Shopify store. About the Position
This hybrid role blends digital strategy, hands-on execution, and in-store collaboration. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize and enhance our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless, engaging online experience. You’ll also support consistent, values-aligned digital marketing across email, social media, and product storytelling.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both big-picture thinking and the hands-on work required to bring ideas to life.
While not required, experience working in a small business environment is highly valuable.

Responsibilities
Shopify Management
-
Optimize our Shopify store for a seamless, beautiful customer experience

Update products, collections, imagery, and navigation
-
Improve product pages, SEO, and conversion opportunities
-
Monitor key analytics and recommend growth strategies

Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Klaviyo & Email Marketing

Write warm, educational, high-converting campaign emails
-
Build and refine automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment)

Segment customers to improve engagement and retention

Track performance and implement data-informed enhancements
Content & Marketing Support

Assist with digital content creation (copywriting + simple photo/video)

Write product descriptions, landing pages, and campaign messaging

Support monthly marketing plans and launches

Help coordinate small partnerships and community initiatives
In-Store Support (As Needed)

Assist the retail team during busy periods or special events

Support in-store content creation

Collaborate with staff to stay informed about products and customer needs

What You Bring

Strong experience working with Shopify

Klaviyo email marketing skills (campaigns + flows)
