VISIBLE RESULTS WITH MINIMAL DOWNTIME
Microneedling is a non-invasive skin treatment that involves the use of a specialized device equipped with fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin's surface. These tiny punctures trigger the skin's natural healing response, stimulating collagen and elastin production. As a result, microneedling helps improve skin texture, reduce the appearance of scars, fine lines, and wrinkles, and enhance overall radiance.
At ORESTA, we take it a step further by pairing microneedling with Red Light Therapy. Red light works at the cellular level to calm inflammation, speed up healing, and enhance collagen synthesis, making it the perfect companion to microneedling for faster recovery and amplified results.

THE ORESTA DIFFERENCE

Microneedling + Red Light Therapy FAQs
Dermapen microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment that uses ultra-fine needles to create micro-channels in the skin. This process stimulates your body’s natural healing response, encouraging collagen and elastin production while allowing corrective serums to penetrate deeply and work more effectively.
Microneedling can address:
- Fine lines + wrinkles
- Acne + acne scars
- Uneven tone + texture
- Hyperpigmentation
- Loss of firmness
Red Light Therapy (LED Therapy) uses therapeutic red wavelengths of light to penetrate the skin at a cellular level. It enhances circulation, reduces inflammation, accelerates healing, and supports collagen production, making it an ideal post-microneedling treatment.
- We use the advanced Dermapen 4 for superior comfort, precision, and results.
- 30 min professional-grade LED light therapy dramatically reduces redness and amplifies results.
- Our holistic, skin-first philosophy ensures every treatment is gentle yet effective.
- No harsh chemicals or aggressive techniques, just skin that looks and feels healthier.
- Our at-home protocol for post microneedling care is an important part of the treatment.

You may notice some improvement within a few days, but full results are mostly noticeable after 4-6 weeks. For deeper concerns such as pigmentation or scarring, results are more pronounced after 3–6 treatments spaced 6–8 weeks apart. Your skin will continue improving for months after your last session.
Most clients find the treatment very tolerable, though it can be uncomfortable. The microneedling part of the treatment lasts about 20-25 minutes.
We do not use numbing cream, as it is not necessary due to the comfort features of the Dermapen 4 and it can impede the skin's feedback during the treatment. If you are worried about the pain or would like to minimize it, you may take acetometaphin (Tylenol) 30 minutes prior to the procedure to reduce pain. Taking Ibuprofen (Advil) is not recommended prior to microneedling.
