Radiant Rewards FAQs

How do I earn points or rewards?

Earn 1 point for every dollar spent every time you shop online or at our Glebe shop.

We also offer other ways to earn points, such as creating an account, following us on social media or for a birthday.

Can I use my points at any of your locations and online?

No. Points can only be redeemed where they were earned.

If you would like to join the Hintonburg location rewards program you can do so by email or in person.

If you would like to join the online store or Glebe location rewards programs you can do so here.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points will expire if you have not earned or spent points for a continuous period of 1 year.

We will always send you a reminder before any points expire.

How do I redeem my points?

For online redemption: When you are signed into your account, you can view which discounts have been unlocked under "How to use my points".

Click redeem on the amount you would like and you will be given a discount code to use in checkout or bring this code with you to shop in our Glebe shop. This code will be logged in your rewards history for 1 year.

Is there a minimum purchase amount I need to meet to use my discount code?

To redeem $5 and $10 rewards, there is no minimum purchase amount.

To redeem $20 and $25 rewards, the order must be a minimum of $100 before taxes.

Can I earn points for past purchases?

No, you cannot earn rewards for purchases made before the launch of the Radiant Rewards program.

What happens if I return a purchase made with loyalty points?

If you return something that was purchased with points, the points will automatically be reimbursed to your account.

Can I share or transfer my points to someone else?

No, points are non-transferrable and can only be used by the customer who earned them.
