Rooted Before It Was Trendy
ORESTA opened its doors in 2001 — long before “clean beauty” became a marketing category.
What began as a small organic spa in Ottawa’s Glebe neighbourhood was never about chasing trends. It grew from lived experience. From personal skin struggles. From years of studying ingredients and asking better questions about what we put on our skin — and why.
In 2006, as Shopify store #39, we became one of the earliest Shopify e-commerce stores and the first online clean beauty retailer.
In 2010, we opened our second ORESTA location in Hintonburg.
