Gua Sha (gua - scraping, sha - toxins) is a technique that has been used in Chinese Medicine for thousands of years that involves a gentle scraping-like motion along the skin which helps stimulate blood circulation to bring nutrients to the skin and promoting the removal of toxins. This relaxing treatment, also referred to as the Eastern Facelift reveals a bright, healthy, plump & firm complexion.
Gua Sha training with Dr. Ping Zhang
In our treatments, we use a white jade gua sha tool which activates meridian points to promote healing, detoxification and combat inflammation. Gua sha stimulates lymphatic circulation to instantly reduce wrinkles and fine lines, lift eyelids, firm the neck and jawline, reduce jowls and diminish blemishes and pigmentation.
The ORESTA Holistic Facial combines whole plants with ancient healing modalities to feed and transform the skin. We custom tailor each facial to best suit your specific skin type and concerns. The facial includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, nourishing serums and masques. We use organic, handmade, sustainably harvested products applied with crystals. A variety of massage techniques, Kansa and Gua Sha restore your natural radiance, tone and glow while healing the body and spirit.
