March 8th is International Women’s Day. A day to shine light on and celebrate the many women who inspire us.

My message to women on International Women's Day:
Women are so powerful. But the fortitude and equality of women is not recognized and respected everywhere. There's so much to be done to make this world better for all girls + women. I find it less overwhelming if I focus my attention in small, direct ways. For this International Women's Day, I'll be taking some time to consider the women in my life who I am grateful for, whether I know them personally or not. I'm going to write it down and take a moment to thank them. Locally, we can support women-owned businesses with our spending power and donate time + money to organizations that help women in need (like Sistering in Toronto).

K'Pure Fix It Repair Balm. I love the balm on my dry winter hands. It's great to keep beside the sink for super hydration after washing my hands multiple times a day. It also works to prevent my cuticles from drying out and can be used to spot treat dry patches on my elbows and lips!
