2024 is my year to focus on harnessing my divine feminine energy.
Some call it Yin versus Yang: Yin refers to the feminine energies in life, and Yang refers to the masculine energies in life. Masculine and feminine energy have nothing do with your gender. We all have both energies within us.
Masculine energy is characterized by doing and achieving, molded by logic and reason. Feminine energy is characterized by BEING. It's more intuitive, oriented towards receiving and allowing. When balanced, we experience greater harmony.
Many women's personality is heavily weighted into masculine energy. A woman with too much masculine energy is hyper-independent, ambitious, assertive, impatient, can be overly-aggressive and controlling.
Too much masculine energy leads to burnout, stress and disconnect in life and love.
2024 is my year to focus on harnessing my divine feminine energy by:
