It is with a heavy heart that in light of the news concerning the COVID-19 virus, we have made the decision to temporarily close all 3 ORESTA locations to protect the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff and to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
This has been an incredibly difficult decision to make. We are concerned about supporting our staff, clients and most importantly, staying healthy. It is apparent that this is a public health crisis that requires collective action.
While our brick + mortar shops will remain closed for services and in-store shopping, you can schedule a curb side pickup on prepaid orders at designated times (please contact each location for details).
Our online shop will remain open with FREE shipping on Canadian orders over $50.
We truly appreciate your support and dedication at this challenging time. You are all in our hearts and thoughts. You are very important to us and we are blessed with each and every person who walks through our doors or visits us online.
In a collective effort to encourage social distancing, many of our neighbourhood and local small businesses have closed at this time. We ask that you support them any way you can.
We hope to reopen as soon as we can. We will continue to monitor recommendations by Ottawa Public Health and will keep you up-to-date with any changes. All cancellations will be given first priority to reschedule.
