My Revelation on Aging While in Portugal

I've just returned from a trip to Portugal, a country rich in history, architecture, ocean, food, wine and people. As I took in the beauty of the landscape and the natural stunning beauty of old but battered doors and aged buildings, I couldn't help but wonder:

Why are we all enamoured with and celebrate the uniqueness, character and charm of old cities, towns, buildings and antique furniture yet fight like hell to prevent looking old?

Wrinkles, laugh lines, crow's feet, whatever we call them...imagine if we could embrace every wrinkle as a road map of our life and every line on our face as a line well earned.
At ORESTA, we celebrate aging. Growing older is an integral and beautiful part of living. Our mission is to inspire women to age radiantly. Let's  create more conversations about positive aging.
What are your thoughts on aging?

Portugal is such a beautiful country – I was lucky enough to live there for 5 years. I truly embraced a simpler life. Simple foods such as fish, olive oil and fresh seasonal veg formed our everything day and became the inspiration behind my core values for Somerset Moss, my skincare line. So happy for you, that you experienced this beautiful country.
