At ORESTA, we stand behind the products we thoughtfully curate and want you to feel confident in your purchases. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

In-Store Purchases

  • Returns or Exchanges (Unopened Products):
    We accept unopened, unused products for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase on regular priced items. Up to 14 days, we are happy to offer a store credit. No refunds or store credits will be offered after 14 days. Sales items are final sale.

  • Opened Products:
    Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.

  • Final Sale Items:
    The following products are final sale and cannot be returned:

    • Deodorant

    • Sweat powder

    • Soaps

    • Lubricants

    • Other products of a personal or intimate nature

    • Sale items
  • Gift Cards:
    Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Special Orders:
    All special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Allergic Reactions:
    If you experience an allergic reaction, please take a photo of the affected area and contact us immediately at info@oresta.ca for assistance.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

    • Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return.

    • A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    • All fees will be reflected in the final refund amount.

  • Damaged Orders:
    If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo of the item(s) and original packaging to info@oresta.ca, and we’ll make it right.

  • Allergic Reactions:
    Please take a photo of the reaction and contact us immediately for next steps.

  • Special Orders & Final Sale Items:
    Special orders and products of an intimate nature (see above) are final sale.
