With the colder temperatures, we must change our shipping guidelines to ensure that your products arrives to you undamaged. We have generally been lucky with minimal burst or broken glass bottles as most are in miron glass however there's nothing worse than unwrapping your order only to find that a toner has broken. To minimize damage in the winter cold, we have created winter shipping guidelines.
Many of our products are in glass bottles that are prone to bursting when the temperature is below zero. We will check the weather forecast and determine if it is safe to ship out. Please be aware that we will never ship out toners/hydrosols on Friday if the weather forecast calls for below freezing temperatures.
