TIPS TO STAY CALM AND POSITIVE

In this time of uncertainty, we may find ourselves feeling stressed and afraid. Here are a few tips to help you stay calm, grounded and positive:

1. Get your information from trustworthy Canadian sources.

2. Don’t overdose on news. Limit checking for news updates to once or twice a day.
3. Reach out and stay emotionally connected with others. We feel safer and stronger when we are together. Stay tuned for our Facebook and Instagram videos and LIVE videos where we will share skin tips, tutorials and laughs with you.

4. Practice what you can control:
- get enough sleep: 8 hours/night
- avoid excess sugar - sugar highs and lows affect mood
- get outdoors daily to enjoy some physical activity
- wash your hands often
- practice social distancing
5. Enjoy a daily breathwork, movement or meditatation class.
