Many of you may remember Temi from our Glebe shop, where her warmth and presence left a lasting impression.
In her 20s, Temi is part of a generation quietly reshaping the beauty narrative. In a world where youth is idolized and aging is feared, she’s writing a new story—one rooted in self-awareness, joy, and intentional daily care.
She’s not chasing perfection; she’s choosing presence. For Temi, beauty isn’t defined by filters, trends, or outside expectations—it’s how she feels in her own skin: rested, radiant, and real.
Temi reminds us that radiant aging doesn’t begin with a wrinkle. It begins with the everyday choices we make to care for ourselves—with kindness, with curiosity, and with love.
And the future she’s shaping? It’s already glowing.
1. What does healthy aging mean to you in your 20s/30s—and how are you laying the foundation for it now? Healthy aging to me means taking care of myself now and protecting it too. Staying hydrated and eating foods high in antioxidants and vitamin c, so my outside reflects my inside

2. Who are the women in your life who lift you up—and how do they shape the woman you’re becoming? A lot of the lovely women I’ve met at places of work show me how women embrace different stages of life. Moms, wives, and women who are just living. My sister is also a big part of the woman I’m becoming. She’s a go getter and she stands on what she says which is very encouraging to see.
3.. How do you care for yourself when the world feels heavy or expectations feel loud? Baths! Nothing like a relaxing bath with some snacks and a drink to take my mind off things. Skincare routine like masking and gua sha make me feel better and I also love talking walks as well to clear my head.
4. What’s a piece of wisdom from an older woman you hold close—and how has it stayed with you? Maintaining women friendships are the best gift you could give to yourself. You don’t need anyone but your girls!
