When booking by phone, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to reserve your appointment. Please note that no charges will be made to your credit card until service is complete. Upon completion, you will be able to pay with your choice of Visa, debit or cash. If you don’t have a credit card, you can pre-pay for your appointment in cash 48 hours in advance to hold your reservation.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in charges for half the amount of the service(s) you requested. No shows will be charged the full amount of their service.
