In-Store Return Policy

We feel very confident in the skin care products that we have chosen to offer you. We are happy to accept unopened, unused products for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. The item must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please feel free to enjoy our testers while in store.

For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used. In the case of an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately for more information. The product must be returned within 3 days of purchase.

If you simply have a question or concern about a product, please don’t hesitate to email us. 


Online Shopping

I purchased a product I am unhappy with, can I return it?

Unhappy with your purchase? As you are unable to sample or try the testers in-store, we are happy to accept unopened, unused products for a full refund within 15 days of purchase on online purchases. Goods must be returned to us in saleable condition with all original packaging to qualify. For hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used. Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.

ORESTA organic skin care will ONLY pay for a return's shipping costs if a product arrived damaged or if an incorrect item was shipped with your parcel. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracking number and ensuring your parcel has insurance incase of loss or damage.

If it is your first time purchasing a skin care product, you can request that one sample each of the purchased products be added to your order to allow you to try it before opening. We offer this only for non-liquid skin care and make-up foundations.

I am having trouble deciding which products are right for me. How do I choose?

In order to help you narrow down your options, our online store is organized with a filter menu. Simply check off the options that pertain to your skin concerns. The more filters you select, the less products will show up - only products matching all of the options you’ve selected will be visible.
