Stage 3 Store + Spa Update

Although the Ontario government has announced Stage 3 which allows nearly all businesses and public spaces, including spas, to reopen, we have decided to remain closed for spa services.

We do not feel that we are adequately informed about how to successfully implement public health and workplace safety measures in order to ensure your and our safety at this time. In spite of wearing a mask in our public area, using hand sanitizers and surface disinfectants, you will need to remove your face mask during facial treatments. This is the troubling part. In spite of us wearing a face shield, a face mask and gloves, we don’t feel that we can 100% ensure each others safety. As a result, we have chosen to be the late adopters, to wait and see. 

We will however open our shops for one on one shopping by appointment or drop in starting next week. Stay tuned for details. We are also available on LIVE chat online as well as for 1:1 Virtual Skin Coaching. We appreciate your patience, generosity and understanding, we cannot wait to see you in our shops and be back in our treatment room!
