In the shower lather and massage a small amount onto the body in cicular motions to exfoliate. Use up to 3-4 time a week or as often as desired. Body exfoliants work best when paired with a body serum or oil. Immediately after exfoliating and cleansing the skin apply a body serum or oil as skin with be in optimal condition for absorption.
